The website hcharlessmith.com was a website created for attorney H. Charles Smith. The website was very straightforward and easy to navigate. The website featured blue and white. The majority of the colors used were white. On the left side of the page, a short line that says, “Call Now for a Free Telephone Consultation!” and under this line, the options to visit the homepage could be found.

Also on the left part of the website, the visitor would find the firm overview, areas of practice, their contact information, and the frequently asked questions. Under the navigation links, one would find the topics that attorney H. Charles Smith is able to help with. These topics include crimes, murder, rape, drugs, sex, assault, abuse, and robbery. On the homepage, attorney H. Charles Smith’s experience and work experience were listed on the front page. The front page contained a long description of the things that attorney H. Charles Smith’s has worked on. At the bottom of the page, there was a slogan that said “Being Charged With A Crime Can Be Intimidating. Choosing An Attorney Doesn’t Have To Be.”

At the bottom of the page, there were also links to navigate the whole website. The bottom line included links to the home page, the firm’s overview, practice areas, contact information, FAQs, and disclaimer. The bottom page also had attorney Smith’s name. The top of the page contained the name of the firm, a line that said “36 years trial experience” and their contact number 1-909-307-9913.

Here, the visitor would find all the practice areas that attorney Smith was able to handle. This included felony DUI, murder, sexual offenses, drug charges, assault, robbery, kidnapping, and manslaughter. There were also other categories at the bottom part of the page. These categories included criminal, drug, sexual, and assault.

If the visitor wanted to find the attorney’s office address and contact details, they could click on the “Contact Us” button and they would be redirected to that page. The contact us page was plain and simple. It had the attorney’s address which was 550 Orange St. Suite B, Redlands CA 92374. It also had a line in bold that said “CALL NOW FOR A FREE PHONE CONSULTATION”. Then, there was also the attorney’s phone number, (909) 307-9913, and fax number, (909) 307-9916. The visitor could also find their email address on that page. Their email address was [email protected].

The next page the visitor could visit was the “Disclaimer” page. I had a paragraph that said, “ H. Charles Smith – Attorney At LawThe information contained in this website, and its associated websites, including but not limited to HCharlesSmith.com, is provided as a service to the Internet community and does not constitute legal advice. Lastly, there was also the “Frequent Questions” page and this included questions that are usually asked by the clients to the lawyers of the firm. These included questions like, “What are your fees?”, “Will I have to go to hail?”, “Will I have to go to court?”, and “What is the difference between a felony and misdemeanor charges?” The lawyer answered these questions thoroughly on the website in order to give the visitor an idea of how they may be able to help them.
