Our marriage is over do we have to go to court

The first question to ask yourself is, “Is our marriage void?” There are several reasons why your marriage may not be a voidable one. You may have an unenforceable contract that the court may not recognize. If that’s the case, your marriage may be voidable. If it is, it may be an uncontested divorce, which does not require a court hearing.
